This item incorporates all three major elements of vintage bandanas: large size, selvedge edges, and indigo dyeing.
Since bandanas are used on the body and to wipe away sweat, they are frequently washed, making "color fading" the biggest challenge.
For this reason, bandanas began to be printed with "COLOR FAST" using reactive dyes with high "colorfastness" that are resistant to fading.

Many indigo bandanas predate World War II, and the beautiful fading unique to indigo, which can be considered a byproduct, fascinates not only collectors but also many fans.
