■SAMURAI JEANS Denim Jacket First Model Otokogi 15oz Katana-Mimi Selvedge S0551XX
 Model is 175cm tall, weighs 58kg, and is wearing size 38. A single-pocket, cinch-back type, inspired by the first model. A rugged silhouette brimming with vintage appeal. Yarn: Made from US Texas cotton, which inherently has a rough texture. Short-staple cotton (cotton nips) is added to further enhance the unevenness of the fibers. Spinning this into yarn creates an irregular, rough, slubby shape. The yarn is also twisted more tightly than usual, which increases the stiffness of the resulting fabric. While typical spinning blends various stable cottons throughout the year to make a single yarn, this fabric uses only Texas cotton ("single-blend cotton"), emphasizing its unique texture. The yarn count is No. 6 for both warp and weft. Dyeing: The deepest possible dark color achievable with 100% pure indigo. Similar to previous Samurai original denims, the white core of the yarn is thick, making it prone to developing clear fades. Weaving: This time, tension is applied, and the yarn density is maximized during weaving. As a result, the fabric has an exceptionally firm and resilient texture.  Founded in Osaka in 1998. As the name suggests, many designs are inspired by samurai, and their ultra-heavy denim exceeding 20 ounces has become a hallmark of the brand. 
   Buttons Samurai iron "Hinode" (sunrise) buttons are used. Their strong three-dimensional design gives them an impact not found in regular tack buttons. The buttons embody the desire to always approach manufacturing with a fresh mindset, returning to basics, rather than falling into routine. The words "SAMURAI CO LTD JAPAN'S FINEST" are engraved. We hope you wear these Japanese-made jeans with pride. *Since the buttons are made of iron, they will rust as the jeans age. Rust may appear early, but please understand this as a unique characteristic and charm of iron buttons. The original "Zenigata" rivets are made of copper for both the front and hidden rivets, and are engraved with the words "Samurai" and "Shogyo Mujo" (impermanence of all things). Cinch Buckle Samurai custom iron buckle, needle type. *Since the cinch is needle-shaped, please handle with extreme care. Leather Patch Instead of Musashi and Kojiro, the patch features a large depiction of natural beauty such as Mt. Fuji, a torii gate, and pine trees. A single seagull signifies that it is a first-type jacket. Stitching Uses two colors: gold-brown and yellow. The selvedge is generously utilized, not only on the fly facing but also on the pocket openings and the underside of the cinch belt, as proof of its luxurious use. The V-stitch, seen in vintage bottoms, running from the waistband towards the top button, is applied to the hem in Samurai style.
