■JELADO S407XX 1942 WPB L-181 War Model LAST RESORT Gold Tag
![]() Model: Height 175cm, Weight 62kg, wearing L After approximately five years, we have completed this wartime model using the highest quality gold tag from LAST RESORT DENIM. This product was created based on the possibility that factories at the time produced a "Simplified Model" in accordance with "L-181," a law issued by the WPB (War Production Board) in August 1942 for material control. We analyzed our DEADSTOCK denim, obtained material data from a national inspection agency, and adjusted the yarn twist and thread count based on those figures. We then reproduced it using the oldest existing loom, the TOYODA G3. The fabric uses 100% US cotton from the Deep South, with three different counts (No. 6, No. 7, and No. 8) randomly arranged. This achieves the irregular fading characteristic of vintage denim. For the weft, we use "Suvin Gold Supreme," the highest quality extra-long staple cotton with a length of 38mm. The rope dyeing is done in a deep pure indigo, referencing deadstock, and woven on a TOYODA G3 loom with 68 warps and 47 wefts, achieving a supple and smooth feel. The design is based on our S506XX early model, faithfully reproducing the atmosphere of the wartime models of the era. We reproduced the engraved accessories used in the regular line, and the pockets are flapless, following the simple specifications of the 1st model. Based on the premise that rivet stock from the 1930s was used as is, we created special rivets with a lowercase "o" in "JELADO Co." The buckle was also reproduced from a 1930s buckle mold and finished in iron. In addition, some double stitching uses rainbow stitching that reproduces vintage pieces. As it is worn, it develops a deep fading, allowing you to enjoy a unique texture that cannot be experienced with a one-wash garment. Born from the analysis of deadstock, this is the highest quality denim jacket that can be reproduced today. Please experience this ultimate piece. Weight: 830g ![]() JELADO was founded in 2004. Based on "AMERICAN VINTAGE" born in America more than half a century ago, we elevate them to modern fashion. All products are manufactured in Japan. This is because only Japan can give shape to the exquisite nuances and ideas intended at the planning stage. ![]()
