■JELADO S407XX 1942 WPB L-181 War Model LAST RESORT Gold Tag
JELADO ジェラード S407XX 1942 WPB L-181 War Model LAST RESORT 金タグ
Model: Height 175cm, Weight 62kg, wearing M
After approximately five years, we have completed this wartime model using the highest quality gold tag from LAST RESORT DENIM.
This product was created based on the possibility that factories at the time produced a "Simplified Model" in accordance with "L-181", a regulation issued by the WPB (War Production Board) in August 1942 to control materials.
We analyzed our DEADSTOCK denim and obtained material data from a national testing institution. Based on these figures, we adjusted the twist and number of threads and reproduced the fabric using the TOYODA G3, the oldest existing loom.
The fabric uses 100% American cotton from the Deep South, with three types of counts (6, 7, and 8) arranged randomly.
This achieves the irregular fading characteristic of vintage denim. For the weft, we use "Suvin Gold Supreme," a premium extra-long staple cotton with a length of 38mm.
The rope dyeing was done with a deep pure indigo, referencing deadstock, and woven with 68 warp threads and 47 weft threads on the TOYODA G3 loom,
resulting in a supple and smooth feel. The design faithfully reproduces the atmosphere of wartime models, based on our own early S506XX.
It reproduces the engraved accessories used in the regular line and follows the simple specifications of the 1st model, without pocket flaps.
Under the premise that existing rivets from the 1930s were repurposed, special rivets with a lowercase "o" in "JELADO Co" were created.
The buckle is also an exact reproduction of a 1930s buckle, cast from a mold and finished in iron. Additionally, some double stitching uses rainbow stitching that reproduces vintage pieces.
As it is worn, it develops a deep fading, allowing you to enjoy a unique texture not found in one-wash items.
This is the highest quality denim jacket reproducible today, born from the analysis of deadstock. Please experience this ultimate piece.

About the Product
Many of our products feature designs based on vintage items. To emphasize the atmosphere, there may be slight stitching misalignment, fabric color and texture variations due to processing, and color unevenness. Please understand that these are also part of the product's charm. Also, product specifications (stitching, parts, color, size, etc.) may change without notice. We hope you enjoy the product with an understanding of the above points.
