 The Flat Head's flagship "THC" series of T-shirts are made with a sturdy neck and durable body. These T-shirts feature a neck that resists stretching due to the "three-needle, one-thread removed" stitching with 20-count thread, and excellent durability thanks to the densely woven fabric. Flat Head T-shirts have a distinctive neck stitching. Inspired by the stitching of real vintage T-shirts, and uniquely improved, the "three-needle, one-thread removed stitching" uses thick 20-count cotton thread for the neck, which is prone to stretching. Furthermore, by sewing with a total of three stitches, two on the rib and one on the body, this T-shirt achieves a neck that resists stretching by utilizing sewing technology and the properties of cotton. The neckline will not stretch even after years of wear, allowing you to enjoy your favorite design for a long time. The fabric is knitted using a machine called a 1960s tubular knitting machine. Although these knitting machines produce stable quality, they are now rare, and there are very few craftsmen who can maintain them. The THC series uses fabric with thick 14-count yarn.
