■DENIME Lot.221 BIG-E MODEL
 model Height: 175cm Weight: 60kg Wearing 29 inches (non-wash) DENIME, which dominated the Japanese fashion scene in the 1990s, has overcome the threat of extinction. In 2023, it will be updated and restarted using WAREHOUSE technology. Lot.221 reproduces the 60's specifications commonly known as Big E. The silhouette, which narrows neatly towards the hem, was created in the 1960s, when jeans were in the spotlight as casual wear. This BIGE model is such a basic and universal silhouette. The texture of the paper tag and the color of the sewing thread, typical of DENIME, The piss name and buttons were all newly produced to recreate the time when the company was founded. The fabric is the same as the XX model Lot.221A. This was realized through joint development with Kurabo Industries (Kurashiki Boseki Co., Ltd., a major manufacturer of textile products) based on recipes from the time. The uneven yarn ring-spun from the same rice cotton as back then is rope-dyed with a special color indigo, and finished with vegetable dyeing. It reproduces the deep colors typical of DENIME. In addition, in the refining performed before rope dyeing, By using room-temperature water, which is unique to Warehouse, the dyed areas are dark and the middle white remains with a strong contrast. It is a warp thread, and because it uses the old-fashioned GL3 loom, which is known even for power looms, it has the characteristics of uneven threads. It appears in denim as it is.  A pioneering Japanese replica jeans brand founded in 1988 by designer Yoshihiro Hayashi. After that, it almost disappeared once due to the transfer of management rights, but it was completely revived by WAREHOUSE in 2023. 
 The sewing width of the hidden rivet part and the sewing specifications that create a triangle at the top remain the same. The belt loops, which were sewn offset in Lot.221A, are sewn in the center here. The way paper labels are sewn is also unique. Sew together using the stitches at the top of the obi, temporarily secure, and then sew into a square shape. The denim is right twill, and only the white part of the selvedge is reverse twill (left twill). This was designed at the time to make the ears feel stronger. All the sewing threads and ear lines are made from the same cotton thread as back then.  The materials and shapes of buttons and rivets have been updated. The fabric is the same as Lot.221A. When we analyzed the vintage XX at the development stage before DENIME was founded, the numbers were 7 vertically x 7 horizontal. Based on the idea that we wanted to achieve higher quality and thicker material, we decided that No. 6 x No. 6 would be the best choice.
