The base is Buzz Rickson's standard pack T-shirt "BR78960". During World War II, undershirts were provided as part of the uniform issued to the US military. They were categorized into sleeveless tank tops for summer, wool and cotton blended long-sleeved types for winter, and cotton short-sleeved types for all-purpose use. As daily wear, undershirts were required to be comfortable and durable enough to withstand frequent washing. This undershirt is softly knitted using 20-count combed yarn, and features double-needle stitching on the shoulders, sleeves, and hem for comfort and durability. The base model BR78960 is non-washed, so it will shrink, but this printed type is pre-washed. Weight: 210g  Buzz Rickson's is a military brand from Toyo Enterprise, which also owns vintage American casual brands such as Sugar Cane and Sun Surf. The company's connection with the military dates back to the days of its predecessor, Kosho Shokai, when it supplied souvenir jackets (such as Sukajan) to US military bases. In 1993, the company released its first flight jacket.
