 Model The Bedale is Barbour's signature, timeless classic. Originally created as a jacket for horse riding, its length ensures an elegant riding posture is maintained, and the snap-button side vents are designed to keep the hemline looking neat. The practical details of the time are now incorporated as design accents. The front features a double-zipper, and the ring-shaped upper puller allows the zipper to be opened and closed even with gloves on. The raglan sleeves allow for easy arm movement, and the ribbed cuffs prevent wind from entering, demonstrating attention to functionality. Furthermore, the traditional corduroy collar is equipped with a snap-button chin strap, which securely holds the collar up and keeps the neck warm. The lining features Barbour's traditional House Tartan, a popular eye-catching detail. The silhouette is a regular fit with a moderate amount of room. Its versatile balance makes it suitable for pairing with any bottom. [About Waxed Cotton] Made with 6 oz Thornproof waxed cotton. This is the most popular type, and as its name "Thorn" suggests, it is highly durable, characterized by a smooth, subtle sheen. Additionally, it is odorless and minimizes stickiness, making it a material suitable for everyday use. *Due to the nature of the product, wax unevenness or creases from folding may be noticeable in rare cases, but this is not a defect. Please be aware of this beforehand. (If you are concerned about unevenness, please use a hairdryer to apply warm air from a distance to blend the wax before use.)
